[FONT=Arial][SIZE=-1]Sometimes I come to the tower
And go upstairs slowly
To be alone for an hour
Forgetting what I know.
While hearing songs of shadows
And words of ancient stones,
I pray for seeing the Rainbow,
Old vagrant in a dawn.
Hundreds of colours
Quietly fall down
Straight to my heart's
Floating town.
I'm happy to paint
Their flickering names
Now, now, now.
Sometimes I read hieroglyphs
In rivers & stars of souls;
I look at the smiling sand-glass
And travel with flying candles.
But always & everywhere
My heart's a burning stove:
I pray for seeing the Rainbow,
Old vagrant in a dawn.
Hundreds of colours
Quietly fall down
Straight to my heart's
Floating town.
I'm happy to paint
Their flickering names
Now, now, now.
